Jon F. Morgan
Jon founded The Lake Clinic in 2007 after leaving Angkor Hospital for Children where he was the founding director from 1998-2007.
Jon started working on the Tonle Sap during his time at AHC, and realized that the communities on the lake needed healthcare. He founded TLC in order to serve some of the most isolated and poorest villages in all of Cambodia.
Director of Engineering and Special Projects
Sakhem joined TLC in August of 2008. A former career military man he began working for the reconstruction of Cambodia in 1989. He has worked with a number of United Nations Organizations (UNESCO, UNDP) as well as Medicine Sans Frontier and Friends Without a Border (as Managing Director of the Capacity Building and Health Education Program, 2001-2008).
Director of Development
Madeline moved to Cambodia in 2019 from Seattle, Washington to become the Director of Development for The Lake Clinic. She joins the team after working as the Director of Development for The Arc of King County for two years. Madeline and her husband visited Cambodia in 2016, and decided then that they knew they wanted to live and work to help grow the development of the country.
Savann has been with TLC since its first clinical mission. A five year veteran of the Angkor Hospital for Children, Savann has demonstrated outstanding organizational and communication skills to augment his already superb clinical set.
Savann began attending Mahidol University in Bangkok in May 2019 to earn his Masters in Public Health in order to return to TLC and grow into a leadership position for the organization.
Office Manager and FInancial Office
Chantha came to TLC in 2011 after working with another local NGO for 4 years. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting and is currently working towards an MBA. Not only responsible for financing and inventory, she is the “go to” person for everything TLC.
